Tom Becker

Tom is the CEO and founder of Talennium whose obsession is to transform the staffing and recruiting industry to become more data driven. With over 17 years of experience in recruiting, he has lead domestic and global teams with up to 2,200 recruiters and has successfully built a centralized recruiting function which grew to $120MM in annual revenue for COMSYS/ManpowerGroup.  In past positions, he has transformed the Bank of America careers site to industry leader attracting more that 14MM monthly visitors.  He is a keynote speaker to various recruiting industry events such as ERE.net, SourceCon and the Future of Talent.  Tom is a relentless networker and is a member of the “SHRM Cost of Hire Standards” board, and the CanDE candidate experience awards judging team.


Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Glenn is a veteran entrepreneur with 15 years  of web & software development experience. He is driven by delivering value to clients. Glenn has innovated in experiential activation Projects for NASCAR, Sprint, NBA & MLS. And has lead development & national rollouts for NASCAR, Ford, Toyota, & Goodyear

He is on the Microsoft Windows Azure Websites Advisory Board and a member of Microsoft Partner Pilot Program for Enterprise Web.

He hold a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics Physics from State University of New York at Oswego. And has proudly served the U.S. Marine Corp.

Alex is a continuous improvement and change management expert from globally recognized companies and diverse industries such as Intuit Inc., Bank of America and ManpowerGroup Inc.. Strong engagement capabilities with all corporate and operational levels, and suppliers. Specialized in removing business complexities and operational costs while strengthening core process performance, driving strategic measures into critical business processes, identifying key risks to services, and shareholder value.

Mark Freedman

Mark Freedman is an operations leader in LEAN manufacturing, process engineering, and data analytics.  Mark is results driven and is motivated by his curiosity and his desire to implement sustainable processes that eliminate waste.  He has over 5 years of experience working with Danaher, a global manufacturing leader, learning the Danaher Business System and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Mark is passionate about problem solving and system development with a proven track record of getting results.  He is well-versed in LEAN tools, having participated in and lead dozens of kaizen events throughout his career.  Mark believes that understanding data empowers businesses to make the right decisions.  With Talennium, Mark is dedicated to helping our clients understand their own processes by evaluating their information and working alongside them to build tools and reports that provide immediate insights on demand.  He believes that although having data is key to gaining insight, how we use the data to drive action is what is most important.
